How to Order & Delivery
To order, please email to youritsybitsybeads@gmail.com stating the item(s) that you wished to purchase and we will provide the savings account for you to do the bank transfer. We currently have savings account in Singapore (DBS), Indonesia (BCA), and Australia (BankWest). For orders outside Singapore, Indonesia, and Australia, a Paypal payment request will be sent to you for you to pay with your Paypal account or credit/debit card (non Paypal holder).
Delivery
1) Freight Charge
For shipping in Singapore, Shopping of SGD 50 or above, you will enjoy the FREE Shipping offer. Shopping less than SGD 50, SGD 5 per freight will be charged.
For shipping outside of Singapore, SGD 10 per freight will be charged.
2) Shipment
Our goods will be delivered to anywhere in the World, as long as the Post Office can be sent to the place where we can send.
We will ship the item(s) within 2 business days after the payment is completed. For Stelladot collections, we will ship the item(s) within 5-10 business days after the payment is completed.
We only ship the item(s) to the address listed in your order form. Please make sure your shipping address is correct.
For international shipment, items are directly shipped out from Singapore using International Registered Air Mail via Singapore Post Office with Tracking Number. For Singapore local, the item(s) will ship out using Registered Surface Mail.
For international shipment, the shipment may take 7-30 business days to your address. For Singapore local, the shipment may take 3-5 business days.
We will send an email notification to you after the goods have been sent out. If you still have not received the goods after 30 business days, please email to youritsybitsybeads@gmail.com to inform us to follow up.
3) Damaged Products Exchange / Refund
If there is any damage when the product delivered, please contact us by email to youritsybitsybeads@gmail.com immediately.
Customer should return the damaged products and delivery invoice to us for investigation, in order to process the redemption or refund. All products can be exchanged once only. After checked the returned damaged products and certifications, our company reserves the right to reject the exchange or refund request. Please be reminded that we will not be responsible for any damage or lost of products occurred by postal failure.
4) Remarks
Please note that actual items colour may vary slightly from picture due to lighting conditions during photoshoot. All items are available until stock lasts. We reserve the rights to change the product information and price, delivery charge and shopping terms and conditions anytime without prior notice. We reserve the right to make all final decisions if any dispute arises.
